Menopause at Work: Are Women Really Feeling Supported?

I'm inviting women across Australia and New Zealand to share their experiences of perimenopause and menopause in the workplace.

Through Becoming Her, I'm developing an article exploring how women are supported at work, the challenges they may face and what employers are doing well. Your responses will help inform this article and may contribute to future media coverage and workplace awareness discussions.
