I believe our second half of life can be so much better than the first. The woman in her midlife years faces such potential for greatness but doesn’t always realise it. Many things get in the way of her realising this – like menopausal symptoms, midlife fatigue, empty nest syndrome, mysterious weightgain, elderly parents, possible loss of spouse, unwelcome health diagnosis, career change, attitude to life change or even the realisation that something needs to change. With the work and study I’ve done over the last 10 years there are three key things to living an amazingly strong, youthful, vibrant and purposeful life. It’s movement, food and mindset.
